Residential
The C3C® Residential application provides end-users with their own interface to efficiently and simply manage their services. Residential end-users are provided with a Dashboard, a simple user interface, which requires no training in order for the end-user to take charge of the services that are used the most. Residential end-users are able to manage how their services work by setting feature preferences, viewing and sorting calls, managing the online phone book and making calls with click-to-call. Online help, customization, branding and multi-language support are also available. The C3C® Residential interface is geared for the residential user that has little to no communications experience, but wants more control over telephone services and features.

Small to Medium Business (SMB)
The C3C® SMB application allows the small/medium business user to manage their communications features and call record data without formal communications training. The user has a web-based intuitive user interface that is accessible from anywhere the user has access to the Internet. Usability, simplicity and avoidance of communications jargon are the focus of the C3C® SMB user interface. Additionally, the C3C® SMB user interface provides the user with a web portal to manage their service, putting control in the user’s hands. C3C® SMB is ideal for the user that has little to no communications experience that wants to add, change or delete features on a network device or execute reports.

Large Business
The C3C® Large Business application provides VoIP Business Customers and Service Resellers with a web-based management platform to control and manage communication services, including creating, modifying and deleting subscribers from the network. C3C® Large Business manages complex features and functions like bulk provisioning and various group features. The user has an extremely powerful feature rich Graphical User Interface (GUI) to assist the user in managing communication services while built-in network rules ensure orders process successfully the first time. The C3C® Large Business Interface is ideal for system administrators and service providers.

Reseller
The Reseller Small to Medium Business User Interface (SMB UI) allows the Reseller to more fully support the basic management needs of the small to medium business. This interface allows the Reseller to emulate the functionality of the SMB, allowing the Reseller to perform tasks on behalf of the SMB and to assist the SMB administrator when they request assistance. Further, the Reseller UI has administrative capabilities over the SMB users such as adding SMB users and resetting of passwords. On-line help is available. Customization, branding and internationalization of this user interface are also available.

API
The C3C® Admin Web Services Application Programming Interface (API) allows for API requests to the C3C® Application. The C3C® Admin Web Services API provides third parties (service providers, resellers, ISVs, integrators) with a SOAP-based interface to the most frequently used admin services of the C3C® Server. Using C3C® Admin Web Services, third party applications such as workflow engines (WFEs) and customer resource management (CRM) systems can be cleanly integrated with C3C® using a loosely coupled service-oriented architecture (SOA).

SIP Business Trunking
Ventraq’s provisioning and customer self-service product includes full life cycle support for SIP Trunks. Service Providers can reduce their cost and shorten fulfillment times by utilizing C3C® SIP trunking provisioning capability. C3C®’s SIP trunking functionality is based on powerful template-based technology. Service providers can allow a user with limited knowledge of the SIP trunk definition process to create a new SIP trunk. SIP trunks can be managed using C3C®’s Administrative graphical user interface or the process can be automated using C3C®’s robust web services based API.
